Kajima India, as a subsidiary of Kajima Corporation, reaffirms its strong commitment to ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability across the Company. In addition to the existing KAP Whistleblowing System, Kajima Corporation has introduced a Global Hotline whistleblowing system, which is now available to all employees as well as external stakeholders of Kajima India.
Employees and external parties can report any illegal, unethical, dishonest, or fraudulent conduct through the designated whistleblowing channels.
Reports made in good faith will be handled with strict confidentiality and are protected against retaliation. However, information may be disclosed where necessary to conduct a proper investigation or to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Please note that malicious, false, or bad-faith reports, as well as reports relating to personal grievances or misconduct unrelated to compliance, are not protected and may result in disciplinary action. All reports received will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly. Where violations are confirmed, appropriate corrective and disciplinary measures will be taken, which may include termination of employment or contractual relationship, in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
